North Carolina Independant Schools - Volume Licensing Agreement
It is our pleasure to offer you and your schools the following volume licensing agreement for ESET NOD32. We have agreed that this is in no way, shape or form an endorsement of the NCAIS for ESET NOD32, but is in fact a purchasing agreement available to your schools through our Gold Education Partner, netSummit, a North Carolina based reseller of NOD32 in the education space.
The following agreement is intended for the use of your member schools only, and is designed to help them save time and money through their power in numbers. Here are the costs and requirements associated with this agreement:
-
In order to qualify for the volume licensing, the school must buy a minimum of 100 users. Schools may group together to come up with this amount, but the PO must come from one school only, and not a conglomerate of schools.
-
This agreement applies to Enterprise Edition (Desktop, Server and Central Management), and Mail Server (Exchange, Lotus Domino and Linux Mail). Any other products must be purchased at our normal education rates (Standalone File Server, Gateway Server, Student and Faculty purchases for their personal use).
-
All orders must be placed through netSummit.
-
Renewal pricing is available for anyone who purchases, which will be the same pricing as new use. If they want to lock themselves into cheaper pricing year over year, multiple year agreements will be made available that have a deeper discount structure than just buying one year at a time.
-
Support for these sales will be handled by netSummit, who will then escalate any issues to ESET.
-
ESET reserves the right to cancel this pricing if we feel it is being abused, or misused by any of the member schools of NCAIS.
We negotiated this VPA (volume purchasing agreement) on the basis that potentially 83 schools could hypothetically purchase our software, and this level of pricing reflects a 11,000 node pricing band from ESET. If the number of potential nodes goes over 24,999 nodes, we can re-negotiate based on that level. Please contact either ESET or netSummit if that does become the case.
